When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order - a contract between us is only formed once we send you a dispatch confirmation, or once we deliver the goods to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors may occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing error on your order we will contact you before dispatch.

5. Your Right to Cancel and Return Goods

As a UK consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details of how to do this.

We try to describe and display our products, including colours, as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at support@bluebellfree.com as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances, in addition to your 14-day cancellation right above.

8. Our Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms, but we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
